New Clients for Ecolateral

Ecolateral  has been engaged in a selection of new and exciting projects over the last 6 months

Yerongpilly TOD. Ecolateral are part of the successful team to develop the Master Plan and developemnt guidelines for this major new Transport Orientated Developemtn. Working with lead agenc Deicke Richards Ecolateral are providing the environmental startegy for the master plannong and built environmental stages of the project.

Energex Distribtion Centre at Trade Coast Central.   Ecolateral has been engaged as Green Star Professionals for the delivery of a targeted 5 star Greenstar Industrial V1 outcome for this new facility for Energex. Ecolateral successfully completed the recent Industrial Pilot for Green Building Council of Australia at Trade Coast Central.

Kelvin Grove Urban Village.    Ecolateral has been appointed ESD consultants for a new multi unit development at Victoria Park Rd for Jonbuild. The project will comply with the KGUV design guidelines and will represent cutting edge environmentla outcomes when completed.

Brisbane City Council Greenstar Preparatory Phase.    Ecolateral has been contracted by Brisbane City Council to work with City Design on developing a stategy for Greenstar compliance where a project will be awarded in a D&C format. This exercise will result in a clear and concise roadmap for this project and similar projects into the future.

ULDA. Fitzgibbon Chase   Ecolateral has been engaged by ULDA to roll out their new energy and carbon modelling tool” The Economix Indicator”  to all homes in Fitzgibbon Chase. This tool will allow residents to make informed and energy wise decisions about their appliances and the use them to reduce energy bills and enviromental impact.
