On Friday the 14th April 2010 The Green Building Council of Australia awarded Lot 12 at Trade Coast Central, Eagle Farm, Brisbane, a 4 Star Industrial Pilot rating. Ecolateral, as the Greenstar Accredited Professionals for the project, worked closely with Prime Development staff to achieve this first for Australia. With the imminent release of the Version 1 tool Ecolateral sees this an exciting opportunity to recognise the industrial sectors contribution to a low carbon and environmentally aware future.
